2019- Present

Discover
We have been wanting to grow as professionals. Collaborating with each other made us realise that we bring a lot more to the table for our clients than we bring individually.

So we put our heads together and after a lot of back and forth, we Iaunched Inspira as as group practice.
Define
We were very clear and in agreement that if we ever set up a practice it will be in line with our values and accountability.

We had vowed to continue growing not just as an organisation but as counsellors - The organisation can be as strong as the team that upholds it.

Develop
Along with Inspira, our team has strived for advancements in their careers.
Medha has been upscaling with ICF certification process along with NLP and Mindfulness Practitioner Courses.
Trupti has been pursuing her associate fellowship in REBT and has co-authored a chapter in a book 'CBT in the Global Context'.

Deliver
Once established we quickly grew as a team; we have conducted 3 successful internships programs, 6 training workshops, several organisation workshops.

Even managed to bring our dream of Affordable Accessible Therapy into reality through our pro bono counselling services.

Our Team

Meet The Founders

At Inspira Counselling Services, our team brings over 50 years of collective experience across psychology, coaching, design, and business.

Co Founder

Trupti Talekar

Clinical Psychologist

A post graduate in clinical psychology and certified therapist in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) from Albert Ellis Institute, New York and International Primary Practicum Certificate in Single Session Therapy (SST); Trupti has been working for the past 13 years in the field of mental health, conducting psychometric assessments, psychotherapy, self help workshops and professional skills workshops.

Over the initial 10 years of experience, she gained experience of working with varied population and fields, such as clinical, corporate, and special education. After establishing specific skills sets she has created her own niche in psychotherapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD and other emotive-behavioral issues using cognitive behavioral approach.

She follows an empathetic and client centered process to help clients gain insight into their own cognitions that sustain their difficulties and empower them to bring about healthy changes.

Medha Engineer

Psychotherapist and Coach

Passionate about mental health and the human psyche, Medha brings a unique blend of expertise in REBT, Single Session Therapy, NLP, and Mindfulness, backed by an M.Sc. in Psychology and ICF ACC training.

With over two decades of diverse experience spanning customer relations, school counselling, coaching, and psychotherapy, she specialises in crafting personalised mental wellness solutions tailored to individual needs.

Currently, she offers coaching and counselling for personal and professional growth, mentor psychology students through internships, and facilitate workshops on mental health and well-being; while pursuing short-term courses to stay updated with the evolving mental wellness approaches.

Marketing and Operations Specialist

With over 15 years of extensive experience in marketing and operations, Afsha Mir brings a deep understanding of strategic business growth and process optimization.

A graduate from Mumbai University, Afsha has consistently delivered excellence across diverse industries, driving key initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Passionate about innovation, collaboration, and sustainable success, Afsha combines creative vision with a practical, results-driven approach to help businesses achieve their goals.
